New House Projects Punchboard

A breakdown of all the home improvement projects we're planning on doing over the course of the next couple of years in the house. More to come as we move forward. Want to suggest one? Drop me an Email.
Struck through projects are done. And no, there aren't that many that are done yet.

1.    Door from garage to front walkway.
2.    Create a pathway alongside of house to gate into backyard.
3.    Wall topper for pathway alongside of house. The exposed metal hooks in concrete look is just so passe.
4.    Window in 3rd bedroom/office facing backyard.
        4a. Also a window along the wall where our bed is in the master bedroom. Better light and airflow.
5.    Skylights in the hallway, master bath, office space and maybe nursery.
6.    Kitchen remodel -
        6a. remove linoleum
        6b. remove crappy counters
        6c. remove crappy cabinets and replace with a more modern look and more practical space in the cabinets.
7.    Master bathroom and closet.
8.    Backyard -
        8a. stone patio
        8b. clearing out the huge bush
        8c. chopping down the tree
        8d. setting the fire pit into place
        8e. creating a garden area
        8f. planting some privacy hedges
        8g. repairing and replacing the fence
        8h. building a BBQ area.
        8i. railroad ties to frame gate to road
        8j. replace lattice work gate to under house
        8k. seal off under house airvent to animal critter
        8l. repair and replace fence
9.    Garage -
        9a. work benches power tools, testosterone, mashed fingers. Oh boy!
        9b. camper shell hoist to store shell out of way.
        9c. break down boxes, compile packing materials into trash bags
10.    Laundry chute from master bedroom to laundry room.
11.    Foyer -
        11a. switch the door on its hinges so it opens the other way
        11b. open up staircase to get rid of some of the claustrophobia in the entryway.
12.    Painting -
        12a. most of the interior walls
        12b. retexturing master bedroom which now has what I call spooge wall.
13.    Building a queen or king sized bed platform with drawers for storage underneath.
14.    Build a bar into the kitchen or outside.
15.    Build some covering over the deck to decrease the stark exposure of it.
16.    Hot tub for the back yard.
17.    Replace carpets.
18.    Window treatments.
19.    Top of the stairway treatment, open up the solid wall for better flow.
20.    Hang dartboard.
21.    Closet door removal. Put up door curtains to closet.
22.    Nursery space - paint and prepare for the wee one's arrival.
23.    Concrete removal by front pathway, jackhammering it to pieces and then hauling it off.
24.    Hang pictures, put away non essential stuff and create a home-like atmosphere.
