
So, my idea is to go for an entire week (and maybe longer) where I absolutely refuse to ingest anything containing HFCS. If I can't read an ingredient label to make sure then I will not eat it (excepting, of course, fresh fruits and vegetables that I can be pretty sure aren't being injected with HFCS to sweeten them up).
I plan on posting the food I ingest everyday here along with foods I might have eaten but contained the dreaded syrup. I will also try to include my weight, mood and attitude during the week to see if cutting out HFCS makes me a happier and/or healthier person
I don't know how hard it will be, I don't how interesting it will be but I'm going to do it starting tonight at midnight. We'll see how it goes from there.
