The Way You Did It Before is WRONG News

Monsanto Suing Farmers Over Piracy Issues.

The piracy issues? Farmers are using saved seeds to replant crops the next season, a practice that farmers have engaged in since farming began but is expressly forbidden by Monsanto, who must make money, money, money off each crop.

In the process of protecting their copyrighted and modified property, Monsanto "has turned farmer on farmer and sent private investigators into small towns to ask prying questions of friends and business acquaintances."

Nice! I'd sure be willing to do business with a company that assumes my guilt and then goes about proving it by destroying my interpersonal relationships, that sounds like great fun.
