Obvious News Story of the Day
U.S. Cites Omissions in Iraqi Arms Files is easily the most transparent story today. Of course, Dubya and his posse are going to be finding huge gaps in the files the Iraqi's handed over.
This is yet another stalling tactic by Saddam, another way in which he dictates the process. Another way that he shows his power against our imperialist government. Another way to keep this in the news longer to keep the Terrorist Fires stoked and keep Americans in abject fear of imminent terrorist attack.
This is never going to end as long as Saddam's still in power. But, then again, we created him so maybe we should have to deal with him as a sort of penance? Same thing for Bin Laden really. And please don't even attempt to interpret those two sentences as any support for anything either of them has ever done. I whole heartedly despise people who use terror as a means their ends and both of them are well guilty of it. Or the idiots who use religion as a sword to smite their heathen neighbors.
Lighter News of new Pals Online
Just learned of a pal's online journal located at Volleygirl. She's got some cool pictures up from her recent trips but I have not had a chance to poke through her site too much yet.
