Legal Issues with Blogging
During lunch today, the subject of libel and slander on blogs came up. My take is that this is a private forum and what I write here cannot be held against me in any real legal sense. But this article about Legal Blogging Issues might indicate otherwise.

I think the trickle down is that people need to be aware of the ramifications of slamming your company on your blog. Its really not that good an idea. If you need to publicly vent then go check out a place like Vault for anonymous ranting. Or go to Fucked Company.

But I can see more lawsuits about improper disclosure of company information on private blogs. Yep, we're Americans, we'll sue for coffee too hot or too cold so why not sue for this too?

Other New Links News
Since a fair number of surfers come to Intellectual Poison by looking for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Cheat Codes, I thought I'd save some time and put a perma link up there on the left side. And go get your killin' on!
